Placing an Order

If you have an Ecopeach Voucher, giving you money off your order, you can redeem this at the basket or the checkout.

If you have any difficulty, please contact us through the Live Chat on the Web Site, by Phone or Email us (leave a message if you are calling out of hours), and we will make sure the discount is applied to your order before despatch.

Sometimes, vouchers only apply when you order over a certain amount.
We can only accept one voucher per order, but if you use your voucher with a bulk buy discount and order over £60 giving you free delivery, the savings can really add up!
If you have joined our Ecopeach Angels you'll pay less than Non-Angels for many of our best-selling products including our organic cotton period pants and natural beauty products.

Our Angels invest £7 a month into their Ecopeach account which they can spend whenever they want - in return for discounts, freebies, exclusive offers and more.

Yes. If you find an item on our website cheaper elsewhere, we will do our best to match that price (excludes promotional prices).

Delivery

For UK orders, delivery is FREE for orders over £60, otherwise, £3.95.

For small orders (under 1kg), delivery costs £1.95 - this is calculated when you checkout.

Free Delivery
If you place your order before 3pm on a weekday, we'll deliver the next day to most UK addresses.

If you order on a Friday, your parcel will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.

On the day of delivery you will receive a text and/or email from DPD with your one-hour delivery time slot.

We use DPD (uniformed drivers) for most deliveries, or Royal Mail for smaller parcels under 2 kg.

For larger parcels (more than 2 kg) going to Highlands and Islands, these will be sent on a two day service.
Yes, when your order leaves our warehouse we will email you a tracking reference number and a link to the appropriate courier (Royal Mail for smaller parcels, DPD for larger ones). Simply click on the link, then copy and paste your reference number.

Yes, we serve many customers from all over the world.

International Delivery takes around 4 to 5 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

Yes! As part of our Total Happiness Guarantee, we offer FREE Returns, Full Refunds and Free Exchanges. This means, if you order a bulk buy box of anything, then find you need a different product, we will collect any remaining packs and exchange them for the correct one!

It’s so easy! Simply call us on 0800 0345 672 or email [email protected] and let us know which items you’d like to return, and the quantity.

We will email you our FREEPOST returns address which you can print out and stick on the parcel, then drop the parcel off at your local post office at a time that is convenient for you.

For larger parcels you we can arrange a DPD collection from your home or workplace.

Order Hiccups

We are constantly updating our website to make ordering with Ecopeach as seamless as possible.

Very occasionally these updates can result in the checkout page struggling to load.

9 times out of 10, if you simply clear your internet browser cache and history and try again then everything should work fine. If you need any advice on how to do this, or if this doesn't solve the issue, give us a call on 0800 0345 672 and we can help you place your order over the phone.
If your Ecopeach parcel arrives and something is missing, the chances are that we have just sold out of that item before our new stock has arrived.

If so, you should have received an email from us right after you placed your order informing you of the delay.

We will keep the item on back order for you, and despatch it with Next Day Delivery the moment it arrives in our warehouse.

If you would like to order an alternative item, or no longer require the item, then please call or email us and we will help in any way we can.
If your Ecopeach parcel arrives and it is not what you are expecting, please contact us right away so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Our dedicated warehouse team pack each and every parcel with care, but once in a baby blue moon the wrong item can find its way into a parcel.

We will send you the correct item immediately with Next Day Delivery, and arrange a free return for the incorrect item.
